Overview:

We are seeking a mature dynamic and experienced sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in providing sexual health advice and oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Key information: Looking for a part time employee to work 1-2 shifts a week (approx. 10 - 12 hours weekly and be available for more/potentially full time hours for 6-8 weeks while the manager is off for a planned leave (date TBD). Availability can be flexible and we are willing to work around other schedules/commitments.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized store environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems




- Experience as a retail clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cashiering procedures
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell products and drive revenue
