You've Never Been Satisfied with “Positive Enough.”

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next

- (Internal Title: Project Management I)
- Support the Signaling Project Management team, providing coordination, reporting, and document control support across Stage Gate delivery and early construction activities.
- Support action tracking, schedules, and risk registers
- Assist with Stage Gate documentation and governance materials
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups with contractors and consultants
- Maintain project controls, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Support interface management across signalling projects, ETCS, GTCS, and Onboard teams
- Support the coordination and management of project-related tasks
- Contribute to the planning and development of projects
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Conduct research to support the project team and company operations as needed

- Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management II or higher in an efficient and timely manner

- Working Conditions

- Office-based

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in rail, signaling, or transit infrastructure
- Previous internship or co‑op experience in infrastructure or construction
- Exposure to signaling, rail systems, or major capital projects

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn other project management software
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing position.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range

Ontario $50,000 to $70,000

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
