Overview
As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a protected and secure environment for our organization. Your responsibilities include monitoring premises through surveillance systems, controlling access points, and responding promptly to security incidents. Your proactive approach will help prevent loss and ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property.

Duties

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance equipment to oversee activity across the premises.
- Control access to buildings and restricted areas by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity by following established protocols.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting incidents accurately.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and shift reports for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.





Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required.
- Valid security license or certification as mandated by local regulations is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
