Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Farm Equipment Operator / General Farm Labourer to join our dynamic agricultural team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of farm machinery, tools, and systems essential for successful farm operations. Mechanical skills are considered an asset, as you will be involved in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth daily activities. This paid position provides a vital role in supporting crop production, and general farm maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Assist with mechanical repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Participate in planting, harvesting and other seasonal farm activities.
- Perform general farm duties as needed.
- Work independently and alongside our team.

Skills





- Experience operating agricultural machinery is an asset.
- Mechanical knowledge or an interest in learning is an asset.
- Robust work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
