The YMCA is seeking a caring and flexible individual for its Martensville Childcare Centre. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and are available on a casual, on-call basis. You will assist the childcare team in providing quality care, supervision, and a safe learning environment for diverse families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality care and supervision in a childcare setting.
- Support children’s well-being through engaging play-based activities.
- Assist with routines including meals and outdoor play.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Level I is preferred.
- Experience in childcare, school, or camp settings is an asset.
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C is preferred.
- Criminal Record Check is required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
