BinSentry is seeking an Accountant who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to learn full-cycle accounting and help build scalable processes. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential, ideal for someone who is ready to build their skills, grow into ownership of key accounting functions, and make an impact. Accounts & Allocations: Support general ledger accounts including deferred revenue, inventory, and COGS. Month-End Close: Preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations,



and assist with variance analysis. Audit Support: Prepare supporting schedules and respond to external auditor requests to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process. Process Improvement: Document current processes and suggest improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy as the company scales. Day-to-Day Accounting: Process vendor bills, and manage customer billing and master data in NetSuite. Own an assigned set of month-end close tasks, delivering clean, accurate reconciliation on time each month. Learn and document core accounting processes and suggest improvements as BinSentry grows. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ~0-2 years of accounting experience (Co-op and internship experience count). ~ Working towards your CPA designation. ~ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Co-op or internship experience with month-end close, reconciliations, or audit support. Gain direct exposure to senior Finance leadership and cross-functional teams. We use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as screening or assessing applications.
