Mosaic is seeking Legal Counsel to work out of our Vancouver office. Reporting to the VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Legal Counsel will offer internal legal advice encompassing various commercial matters, with an emphasis on real property matters, and provide support to the organization in multiple areas of law. Providing high quality and practical legal advice to the business team on day to day legal matters and strategic initiatives;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements relating to commercial real estate matters, interests in land and land use, commercial contracts, employment of contractors and service providers, data licensing and more;
Directing and overseeing the work of external legal advisors;




Assisting General Counsel & Corporate Secretary with corporate governance requirements, as may be required;
Performing independentlegal research and analysis of statutes, regulations and case law;
Bachelor’s Degree and LLB/JD;
Preference will be given to a candidate with experience from a national or regional law firm;
Member in good standing with the Law Society of BC is required;
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate law in BC is required;
