Position: 5th Year Plumbing Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking 5th Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in plumbing, takes pride in their workmanship, and is ready to continue developing their skills while taking on more responsibility on site.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for an apprentice with the potential to grow into a Lead Plumber or Foreman role based on proven ability, performance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

- Assist with and carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and service work with increasing independence.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Work efficiently with the team while demonstrating the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades.
- Take initiative, troubleshoot problems, and find practical solutions.
- Help guide and support junior apprentices when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For
- 5th year plumbing apprentice with solid hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and take direction when needed.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
