Responsibilities

- Implement personalized ABA therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective interventions.
- Support children during therapy sessions by engaging them in activities that promote communication, social skills, daily living skills, and emotional regulation.
- Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring proper documentation and safety protocols are followed.




- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and promoting positive behavior strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to provide consistent support and progress updates.
- Stay informed about medical terminology relevant to client care to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings is highly valued.
- Background in special education or related fields enhances your ability to deliver targeted interventions.
- Familiarity with data collection methods used in behavioral therapy ensures accurate tracking of client progress.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- Robust patient care skills combined with understanding of medical terminology support comprehensive client support.
