This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership in a retail setting. As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the Vice-President and be responsible for overseeing the full accounting function.

Your key tasks will involve month-end closings, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls. With a focus on compliance and accuracy, you will also mentor and develop your team, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial practices
- Review financial statements for accuracy
- Support external audits and tax filings Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
- CPA designation preferred
