At Schaeffler, we are seeking a full time Grinding Operator responsible for setting up and operating machinery, including CNC and manual equipment.
Your role will require problem-solving capabilities, quality inspection, and teaching fellow operators. You will also maintain production data accurately and ensure pristine workspace conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various production processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Perform inspection using precision measuring tools
- Train other operators in processes
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and 5S Requirements:
- High school diploma (Grade 12)
- Competency as a Grinding Set Up Operator
- Ability to read production prints
- Adequate computer skills for access to procedures
