Introduction

Absorb Plumbing & Heating is growing and we are adding to our team with the addition of another Plumbing and/or gasfitting apprentice. We’re a company that focuses primarily in Residential and light Commercial plumbing and heating services.

We offer competitive wages, benefits, a work van and power tools. We don't offer 24/7 emergency services, so our employees are never on call. However, some days run over 8 hours when the job demands it, and occasional weekend work may be required, with options for overtime or banked hours. We mostly work in and around Prince George, with fairly rare out-of-town work.

Responsibilities

- Willing and able to work within a team
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Maintain a secure and professional manner in the workplace




- Keep all tools and materials organized and clean
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to think critically and troubleshoot issues without supervision

Requirements

- A valid class 5 driver's license
- Willing to undergo a criminal record check
- No minimum experience, however, compensation amounts are dependent on experience level.
- Available to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend overtime

Pay: $24.00-$42.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
