Do you have retail experience and want to get into management? If so this might be the job for you! We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service driven individual as our Assistant Manager in this entry level position.
As Assistant Manager you would be responsible for day-to-day duties such as:
- Customer service
- Running a cash register
- Stocking shelves
- Putting away orders
- Putting together orders
- Building displays
- Cleaning
- Inventory
As well you would be responsible for the following management duties:
- Ensuring staff are following policy and Alberta Liquor Laws
- Communicating with staff and fellow management
- Supervising 1-4 staff
- Opening and closing the store
- Cash balancing
- Ordering
- Computer work
- Inventory adjustments
In order to be considered for this position you must be able to pass a criminal record check, be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, have a valid Drivers License, and not need endorsement to work in Canada. No supervisory experience is needed for the right candidate, retail experience is an asset. Job Type: Full time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
