Medole Inc. is a growing Canadian health products company. We develop and sell evidence-informed supplements through our own online stores and retail partners, and our products are recommended by healthcare professionals across Canada. The role
You'll report directly to our CEO and split your time between administrative support and outreach/lead generation. This is an ideal position for someone who is able to manage their time well, work in a collaborative and friendly environment. The role requires a diligent and hardworking person who doesn't need much supervision. Training provided.
What you'll do
- Administrative tasks: manage inboxes and calendars, keep our CRM and contact lists accurate, coordinate sample-kit shipments, track follow-ups, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Outreach & lead generation: reach out to clinics and healthcare offices by phone and email to introduce our products and book educational sessions; follow up with warm leads; research and qualify new pharmacy and retail partnership leads.
- Sales support: assist with marketing and sales initiatives as the company grows.
Who you are
- Hardworking,
enthusiastic, and genuinely willing to learn — attitude matters more than experience.
- A clear, friendly communicator who's comfortable picking up the phone.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own time in a remote role.
- Sales experience is an asset, not a requirement. An interest in health and wellness is a plus.
- E-commerce experience is an asset, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Looking for a role that grows with you — from 15–20 hours/week now toward full-time as the company expands.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
