Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Carry out a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
- Utilize dental software to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and medical terminology guidelines.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment with robust clinical skills.
- Proficiency in dental software systems for scheduling, documentation, and billing.
- Experience providing pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and reassure patients of all ages.
- Strong teamwork ethic with a proactive approach to patient care and office responsibilities.
