We’re hiring our first trainee for a hands-on automotive paint repair role. No prior painting or detailing experience required — we train you on the job.
Pay: $20–25/hr during training. Once trained and producing, skilled techs have the potential to earn significantly more through productivity and profit sharing within 3-6 months (realistic path toward $70k–$90k+ depending on output and reliability).
What you’ll do:
- Work on customer vehicles doing cosmetic paint repairs (scratches, chips, scuffs)
- Learn proper prep, color matching, application, and finishing techniques
- Work outdoors/mobile at various sites across the GTA
- Build a skilled trade with real mentorship and a long-term path
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Steady hands, patient, and able to follow instructions carefully
- Punctual and dependable (we will check references)
- Interest in learning a hands-on skilled trade
