Kelowna Kia is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager with strong leadership, operational, and business development skills to join our organization and help lead this exciting new chapter.

Founded in Kelowna in December 2011, Kelowna Kia is part of Kot Auto Group, a family-owned and operated automotive group with 12 award-winning dealerships across British Columbia.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) or General Manager (GM)
- Previous automotive dealership management experience required
- Proven leadership and operational management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; PBS experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate your team
- Take a hands-on approach to training and guiding the Sales and Finance Team
- Ensure the Group and Manufacture policies, procedures and guidelines are met
- Ensure we are Signature Certified and compliant
- Have guest satisfaction at the forefront of all decision making
- Productivity, efficiency and profitability to be achieved in all actions taken
- Report to ownership in a timely fashion ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Be a cheerleader for the dealership and group

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $215,000.00-$260,000.00 per year
