Service Manager – Okanagan, BC

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Service Manager who leads from the front, not from behind a desk.

Harris Auto Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team in the Okanagan. We need someone who takes ownership of their department, drives results, motivates their team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

This isn't a position for someone who wants to spend their day sitting in an office. We want a leader who is actively involved in the day-to-day operation, working alongside their advisors and technicians, interacting with customers, and jumping onto the service counter to write repair orders when things get busy.

What We're Looking For

- A proven leader who is driven to grow sales, profitability, and customer retention.
- Someone who leads by example and holds themselves and their team accountable.
- A hands-on manager who is comfortable writing repair orders and assisting on the counter.
- Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations, including labour sales, productivity, dispatch, and customer experience.
- Someone who can coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team.





- A problem solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.
- A manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being involved in the operation.

Major Assets
- Previous Asian import brand dealership experience.
- Experience using PBS dealership management software.
- A proven track record of improving service department performance.
