We’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, honest service, and lasting customer relationships. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their automotive service needs.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily shop workflow.
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
- Prepare estimates, explain recommended repairs, and obtain customer authorization.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
- Coordinate parts ordering and prepare repair orders and invoices.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
