JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the WestJet account at our Calgary campus. This in office role blends hands-on facility operations with administrative coordination, requiring strong organization, building-system knowledge, and vendor management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service across multiple WestJet sites.
The position reports to the Account Manager/Facilities Manager and involves on-call/weekend coverage, with primary site responsibilities on
