About Us

Goodough Bakery is a newly opened artisan bakery in Richmond Hill. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Counter & Beverage Staff member to join our growing team.

The main responsibilities include serving customers, operating the cash register, and preparing beverages. Previous café or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to store standards
- Package and display bakery products
- Keep the front counter, beverage station, and customer areas clean and organized
- Restock cups, packaging, ingredients, and other supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
- Assist the team with daily store operations

Qualifications

Preferred:

- Previous café, cashier, barista, or customer service experience
- Experience preparing coffee, tea, or other beverages
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling

Required:

- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Training will be provided. Most new team members are able to learn the workflow within approximately one week.

主要工作内容
- 热情接待顾客并提供良好的服务
- 为顾客点单、收银并操作 POS 系统
- 按照店内标准制作咖啡、茶及其他饮品
- 打包、整理和陈列面包及甜点
- 保持前台、饮品操作区及顾客区域干净整洁
- 及时补充杯子、包装材料、饮品原料等用品
- 遵守食品安全、卫生及收银操作规范
- 协助完成店内其他日常工作

我们希望你 有以下经验者优先：

- 咖啡店、奶茶店、收银或顾客服务经验
- 咖啡、茶或其他饮品制作经验
- POS 系统操作及现金管理经验
