Diamant Expresso and Chocolate is a specialty cafe and chocolate shop at Morgan Crossing. Specialty coffee, chocolate made properly, and a short menu we are rebuilding from the ground up. We are growing, and the people who start with us now are the ones who will run shifts, run the bake and run the floor as we add them.

We are small, we are busy between ten and three, and we care a lot about the drink being the same every single time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pull and dial espresso, steam milk, and build every drink to our written build sheet. Work the till and the pastry case. Build sandwiches in the morning and keep the case stocked and looking full. Open or close the cafe, including machine cleaning and cash. Help customers choose chocolate, which is half of what we sell.

WHAT WE NEED

At least one year of barista experience. You have worked a real bar, you can steam milk properly,



and you do not need to be told twice.

FOODSAFE Level 1, or willing to get it before your first shift.

Available weekends. Saturday is our busiest day by a long way.

ROOM TO GROW

We are a small team that is getting bigger. We would rather promote someone who already knows how we work than hire a stranger into it. Shift lead, bar lead and store manager are all roles we are building toward.

WHAT YOU GET

$18.25 to $22.00 an hour depending on experience, plus tips.

Written recipes for everything, so you are never guessing.
