We are looking for Two Key individuals who have passion for serving and sports. The position we are looking to fill runs Thursday to Sunday all Winter long with possibility to extend into our Spring & Summer Golf Season

Trestle Creek Golf Resort is looking for energetic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. Whether you're serving up great food in our sports bar, mixing drinks behind the bar, or keeping golfers refreshed out on the course, you'll play an important role in creating an unforgettable guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Deliver friendly, professional service that makes every guest feel welcome.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Create a fun, upbeat sports bar atmosphere where guests can relax, catch the game, and enjoy great company.
- Mix and serve drinks while keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle payments, manage your cash float, and complete accurate end-of-shift cash-outs.
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Help resolve guest concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Support food preparation, restocking, and cleaning duties at the Track Shack.
- For beverage cart shifts, operate, fuel, clean, and maintain the cart while serving golfers throughout the course.




- Monitor inventory and help keep all service areas, outdoor seating, and guest spaces clean and inviting.
- Bring an upselling mindset and look for opportunities to make every guest's visit even better.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive team attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- A current and valid Alberta ProServe certification.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of Food & Beverage roles throughout the resort.
