Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes
- Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions
- Provide qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

Qualifications

- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months plus of customer service, retail, hospitality or contact experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

Qualifications:

- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), avec d’excellentes aptitudes en communication
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- Minimum de six (6) mois d’expérience en service à la clientèle, vente au détail, hôtellerie/restauration ou centre de contact
- Solides compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et écoute active
