Pacific Labour Services is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Supervisor / Estimator to support our residential renovation projects across the Lower Mainland.

Location: Vancouver and Lower Mainland (in person, on site)

Job type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays

Pay: $5,000 – $6,000 per month, depending on experience

What you’ll do

- Supervise crews on active renovation sites and keep work on schedule, on budget and in line with safety standards
- Communicate daily in English and Spanish with crew members, clients and trades
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and turn them into clear on-site tasks
- Measure sites, review scopes and prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs
- Monitor project costs and prepare budget and progress reports for management
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications, and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
- Enforce site safety and compliance

Requirements (mandatory)

- Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor or foreman on renovation or construction projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator




- Hands-on experience with residential and smaller-scale renovation projects
- Solid working knowledge of renovation trades and methods
- Valid driver’s licence and the legal ability to drive in Canada
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice to have (not mandatory)

- Experience with estimating or takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam)
- First Aid, WHMIS or other site safety certifications
- Experience managing labour across multiple sites
- Reliable access to a vehicle
