Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bodyshop Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with excellent customer service skills. As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their claim process and repair needs while ensuring a seamless body shop experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assess their body shop repair needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, service orders, and invoices.
- Collaborate with body shop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies,



and dealership policies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or body shop environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with auto estimating and service writing processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in cash handling and sales within an automotive context is a plus.
