As a valued team member, you will support sales efforts by replenishing merchandise and ensuring visual standards are met in-store. This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service and collaboration, where you will assist with various non-selling tasks, maintain merchandise organization, and foster strong relationships with colleagues. Knowledge of company products and maintaining operational security will be key.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize selling opportunities by organizing merchandise
- Maintain visual merchandising and restock efficiently
- Assist in greeting clients and clearing fitting rooms
- Support inventory and shipment management with the Store Manager
- Collect client data and assist with in-store sales processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years' luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Solid computer skills in MS Office Suite
