Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Set up breakfast stations, including food displays, utensils, and condiments, to create an appealing environment
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food preparation surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies such as beverages, utensils, and food items to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms




- Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold safety and hygiene regulations

Experience

- Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Experience working in restaurants or hotels enhances your ability to deliver excellent guest services
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members effectively
- Previous experience in barista roles or serving positions can be advantageous in this fast-paced environment
- A background in hospitality or hotel operations supports understanding of guest expectations and service excellence
