Join the team at one of downtown Courtenay’s premier mixed-use landmarks. Only three years old, this modern 43-unit development (39 residential and 4 commercial) is looking for a dedicated Resident Caretaker to maintain its "like-new" sparkle.

The Role

As the Resident Caretaker, you are the face of the building. You’ll ensure the environment remains pristine, safe, and welcoming for all residents and commercial tenants.

Your core focus will include:

- Aesthetic Excellence: Maintaining the "wow factor" of our lobbies, stairwells, and front glass. You’ll handle the vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of common areas and laundry facilities.
- Preventative Maintenance: Performing quarterly filter cleaning/replacements for the residential ERV systems.
- Site Stewardship: Monitoring garbage/recycling systems and ensuring the building perimeter is debris-free.
- Seasonal Safety: Taking the lead on salting exterior walkways during the winter months.
- Communication:



Acting as a vital link between the property, the Property Manager, and the Building Owner.

What We Offer

- Compensation: $36,000 per year.
