Duties

- Perform detailed inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and adherence to design plans.
- Collect data during inspections related to structural integrity, safety hazards, and quality control measures.
- Analyze collected data to identify potential issues or deviations from standards, providing clear reports for corrective action.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout each phase of the project.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects,



and project managers to address inspection findings and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Document inspection results meticulously, maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance and project documentation.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field with a robust understanding of building processes.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability in data collection and analysis to evaluate construction quality and safety standards.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Construction experience that provides practical insight into building methods and materials is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and construction inspection tools is preferred.
