Position Summary The Junior Business Development Role supports C-Therm's growth by helping the team connect with potential customers. This is an entry-level position for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and learning about business, sales, and technology. You will receive training, coaching, and support as you build confidence and take on more responsibility.

What You Will Do

- Research companies and contacts that may benefit from C-Therm's products.
- Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Follow up on website inquiries, marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify promising opportunities.
- Keep customer and activity information accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
- Help prepare for trade shows, webinars, and other customer events.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and technical team members on shared projects.
- Learn about C-Therm's products, customers, and markets.

What You Bring

- A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Transparent and friendly communication skills.




- Confidence speaking with new people and building professional relationships.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort using common digital tools and learning new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in business, technology, and science.Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on negotiation skills.

Helpful, but not Required

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, recruiting, sales, or a similar people-focused role.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other business tools.
- Additional language skills.
- Participation in sports, clubs, student groups, volunteer work, or leadership activities.
