Astria is looking for an independent, motivated person to help us find new commercial cleaning clients. You’ll connect with local businesses, arrange walkthroughs and help build lasting client relationships.

What you’ll do

- Find office buildings, car dealerships and other businesses that need regular cleaning.
- Call and visit businesses to speak with owners, office managers and property managers.
- Book and attend qualified walkthroughs with Astria.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain contact with clients after they sign a service agreement.
- Keep explicit records of contacts and opportunities.

Astria handles pricing, quotes, service contracts and cleaning operations. This is a commission-only independent contractor role. There is no base salary, hourly pay or guaranteed income.

Who we’re looking for

- You’re comfortable making cold calls, visiting businesses and starting conversations.
- You’re organized, reliable and consistent with follow-up.
- You’re able to travel locally and work independently.

Sales or appointment-setting experience is an asset. You choose your schedule and prospecting methods and may work with other clients.
