You sell the anti-agency: one senior team instead of five vendors, offered as a ladder.

A free Marketing X-Ray, a fixed-fee Plan Sprint, then a monthly tier.

Your job is to move the right founders up one step at a time, and to walk away from the wrong ones.

This is a field role: most days you are out meeting merchants face to face across Montréal.
