We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Homecare 护工 to provide exceptional in-home support to individuals in need of assistance. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and comfort for clients across various stages of life and health conditions. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by offering attentive, respectful, and qualified care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Provide patient care including medication administration, and monitoring vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through companionship, mobility assistance, and engagement in meaningful activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Assist with transfers and heavy lifting using proper techniques to prevent injury for both clients and caregivers.




- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in health or behavior to family members or healthcare teams promptly.

Experience

- Prior experience working with assisted living residents or in nursing homes is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in patient care, senior care, or hospice care enhances your ability to meet diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with caring for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or requiring home care services is beneficial.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures is essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting safely and effectively is required.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication and empathy are key to success in this role.
