We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual for the position of Carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of duties that contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision.
- Carry out construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces.
- Utilize CNC machinery for manufacturing components as required.
- Conduct rebar installation for structural integrity in concrete projects.
- Engage in heavy lifting and assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Execute maintenance person tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical installations, and general maintenance.
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete various construction projects.
- Assist in construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
Experience Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes:
- Proficiency in carpentry, woodworking, and various construction techniques.
- Familiarity with restoration processes and techniques.
- Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, roofing, and other related tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
