We are seeking an energetic and personable Cashier/Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Provide information about store promotions, loyalty programs, and new products in a clear and engaging manner
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and basic product organization




- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Experience with POS systems or familiarity with retail technology is advantageous
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product presentation strategies is beneficial
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently during peak hours
