- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote products effectively.
- Offer technical assistance or product information, especially for technology-related items or services.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are advantageous.
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales—particularly involving product demos—is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and excellent time management are essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience in retail or cashier roles that involved customer interaction will help you excel here.
