Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide knowledgeable assistance about products, including technical features for technology sales or other specialty items
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette




- Support time management by efficiently managing multiple transactions during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with a focus on cash handling and POS systems
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for quick calculations and accurate cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to perform merchandising tasks and product demos effectively
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers through active listening and clear communication
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
