Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse for Home Health in Burnaby, BC. The role supports clients in their homes and communities with independent practice within an interprofessional team.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate transitions with primary care providers to ensure secure, high-quality home-based nursing care. BC LPN registration and a valid driver’s license are required.
