Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s overall operations and strategic direction. The CEO will establish corporate objectives, oversee business performance, and direct senior management in implementing plans that support the company’s real estate development and investment activities.

Responsibilities

- Establish the company’s strategic direction, business objectives, and annual operating plans, and evaluate progress against corporate priorities.
- Formulate and approve corporate policies and programs governing real estate development, investment, and business operations.
- Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior management positions, and delegate responsibilities to departmental leaders and subsidiary general managers.
- Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement corporate plans and support ongoing operations.




- Establish financial and administrative controls, approve budgets and major expenditures, and monitor financial performance and business risks.
- Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel, and evaluate their performance.
- Coordinate the work of departments and subsidiaries to achieve corporate objectives and maintain effective operational oversight.
- Approve marketing and promotional strategies supporting the company’s properties, projects, and business activities.
- Represent the company, or appoint representatives, in major negotiations and official dealings with business partners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Language: English

Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Three to five years of senior management experience in construction or real estate development.

Candidates must demonstrate:

- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and oversight of business operations.
- Knowledge of real estate development and construction project operations.
- Ability to lead senior managers, coordinate departments, and evaluate organizational performance.
