The Department of National Defence is seeking a

Chief of Residential Housing Projects and Maintenance to join its

Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA)

team in

Yellowknife, Northwest Territories . In this leadership role, you will oversee maintenance, inspections, capital projects, and asset management for military family housing. You will manage repair and maintenance programs, lead project and contract activities, provide technical guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the delivery of safe, well-maintained housing for Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP families.

We're looking for candidates who have: A secondary school diploma Experience conducting residential housing or commercial property inspections, including assessing property conditions and determining required maintenance and repairs

Experience in property or facility maintenance,



or project management Experience managing financial resources Experience engaging and collaborating with various parties The Yellowknife Housing Services Centre is a dynamic team of seven full-time employees serving approximately 190 Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP families in the region.

You will play a key leadership role in the delivery of housing services while supporting and developing a team of operational and administrative professionals. This is a permanent English Essential position.
