We’re a small civil construction company looking for an experienced, reliable pipe layer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around civil pipe construction, can work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of civil pipe construction and installation.
- Install water, sewer, hydro and telecommunications utilities.
- Read and follow civil construction plans and drawings.
- Assist with pipe layout, grade and elevation checks, and ensuring pipes are installed correctly.
- Work safely on site and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently and as part of a small crew.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil pipe laying.
- Proficient in all areas of pipe construction.
- Able to read and understand civil construction plans.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
What We Offer:
- Wage: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- A small, close-knit team and a straightforward working environment.
