We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinic Client Satisfaction Lead / MVA Coordinator / Clinic Administrator to manage Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and support daily front desk operations. You will also be responsible for EHC and Private patient bookings and submissions.
This is a key role in the clinic, to ensure smooth handling of patient files, insurance claims, and scheduling while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MVA/ EHC patient files from intake to discharge
- Complete and submit OCF forms (OCF-18, OCF-23, OCF-3, etc.)
- Process claims through HCAI
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, legal representatives, and patients
- Direct Bill through Telus Portal and other EHC companies
- Book and coordinate appointments for multiple practitioners
- Verify insurance coverage and explain advantages clearly to patients
- Follow up on approvals, denials, and outstanding claims
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic standards
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling MVA cases in Ontario would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of HCAI and auto insurance claim process
- Experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, or rehab clinic is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with Juvonno software is a plus for this position
