We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with CNC programming, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software will drive efficiency and excellence in our production processes.

Duties
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Program CNC milling machines using Mastercam or Fusion on Haas CNC milling machines.
- Set up, program and inspect machined components.
- Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality parts within tight tolerances.
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools; read blueprints accurately.
- Maintain detailed documentation of machining processes, setups, and inspection results for traceability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in programming and operating of CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of machining principles and tooling requirements.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills including measurements with calipers, micrometers, and understanding of tolerances.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes preferred.
- Ability to operate forklift
- Solid attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
