We’re looking for a co-founder to lead research at Acasta (https://acastatech.com). This is a founding role, not a job. You’ll own how Acasta turns company disclosures into investment judgment, with a path to CEO if that’s where you want to go. The product went live (in beta) in October, 2026, and our tech team is shipping quickly. Acasta analyzes junior mining news releases within minutes of publication and builds a long-term view of every company it covers.

What you’ll do

- Own the research methodology end to end: what matters in a release, how companies are valued, and what we tell users.
- Do whatever the company needs: talk to customers, close early deals, pitch partners and investors. You will be the public face of the company.
- Move rapid: ship research, get feedback, and improve it every week.

Who you are

- A former equity research or investment analyst, sell-side or buy-side. Mining or resources coverage is preferred but not required.
- Entrepreneurial: you’ve always wanted to build your own company.
- Relentlessly hard-working.

Location: Greater Toronto Area preferred. Remote Canada / USA also fine.

Compensation: This is a co-founder role with co-founder-level equity in place of cash compensation.
