About the role

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves health, fitness, and connecting with people to represent Popeye's Supplements across our Surrey, South Surrey and Richmond territories. This isn't a retail till job, you'll spend most of your time in the community, running demos at gyms and studios, spinning our prize wheel, handing out samples, and building the relationships that grow our brand with the intention of driving traffic to our stores.

You'll wear a few hats: finding new demo partners, actively servicing the ones we already work with, and scouting out local events, tournaments, and competitions worth showing up at. This role is for someone who sees a new studio open in Surrey, walks in that week, and starts a conversation. If you're the person who chats up strangers at the gym about their pre-workout, this is your role.

What you'll do

- Run product demos at gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, spin studios, sports events, community centers, and other partner locations across Surrey, South Surrey, and Richmond
- Set up and manage sample tables, prize wheels, and giveaways that get people talking
- Educate customers on our products — protein, pre-workout, creatine, greens, and everything else on our shelves — and help them find what actually fits their goals
- Identify recent demo partners across both territories: gyms, studios, wellness clinics, sports teams, and community groups worth building relationships with
- Service existing partnerships by staying in regular contact, showing up consistently, and finding new ways to add value
- Find and pitch local events — charity runs, obstacle races, tournaments, competitions, festivals, community BBQs — worth having a Popeye's presence at
- Deliver small-group education sessions to fitness classes, sports teams, and community groups
- Follow up with every partner after every demo — thank-you emails, coupon tracking,



and feedback collection
- Track results and report back so we keep sharpening how we show up in the community

What we're looking for

- Someone who loves health, fitness, and supplements — you don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be curious and coachable
- Self-motivated and driven — a lot of this role is you deciding what today looks like
- Extroverted, comfortable talking to strangers, and genuinely enjoys people — this is not a role for someone who has to force it
- Reliable and organized enough to manage a rotating schedule across two cities
- A valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation (you'll be moving between Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and our store)
- Available for a mix of days, evenings, and weekends when demos and events happen
- Bonus: personal experience in the gym, sports, yoga, martial arts, or any active community
- A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is a requirement

What we offer

- Starting wage of $18.25/hr to $22 depending on experience and execution
- Kilometer reimbursement
- 20–30 hours per week to start, with room to grow to full-time (40 hours) as the role expands

Location & schedule

- Territory: Surrey, South Surrey, and Richmond based out of our nearest store
- Mix of daytime, evening, and weekend hours depending on when partner events happen
- Regular travel between the cities and to partner locations is expected
