Three Mile Corner Construction Inc. (3MC Construction) is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team.

This position involves a variety of construction and concrete-related work, including site preparation, forming, foundations, walls, flatwork, material handling, and general jobsite support.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, works well as part of a crew, and is willing to learn. Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing
- Assist with foundations, walls, floors, pads, and other concrete work
- Prepare jobsites for construction and concrete placement
- Load, unload, and move tools and materials
- Assist with reinforcing steel and other construction materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist experienced crew members and take direction from supervisors
- Perform other general construction duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset
- Flatwork, forming, foundation, or wall experience is considered an asset




- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred

Hours This is a full-time position, typically averaging approximately 44–50 hours per week, depending on workload, project schedules, and weather conditions.

Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable Ontario employment standards.

Compensation

$24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
