As a Construction Laborer, you’ll support skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with various construction tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery as trained and authorized to move materials or prepare foundations
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable structures
- Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets,



and other interior finishes with precision
- Support carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and painting tasks as needed on various projects

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as drywall installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is a plus
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous but not mandatory
