Our work has generated millions of organic views for brands in hospitality, education, events, lifestyle, and business.

The Role

We're looking for a full time Content Creator / Videographer who understands both the craft and the strategy behind modern content. Shooting beautiful footage is the baseline. We want someone who understands storytelling, hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Film client projects on location around Calgary and in studio
- Capture photo and video using cameras, iPhone, lighting setups, and gimbals
- Edit with strong pacing, sound design, and storytelling
- Help with shot planning, creative direction, and content ideas
- Collaborate with our team to hit client goals
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and editing styles

What You Bring

- A portfolio or demo reel of video you shot and edited (required)
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Lightroom and Photoshop
- Camera operation, composition, and indoor/outdoor lighting
- Gimbal work and audio fundamentals
- iPhone content workflows
- A real sense of what performs organically: hooks, retention, pacing

Nice to Have





- Higgsfield AI or other AI video tools
- Opus Clip
- Graphic design
- Agency or freelance client experience
- Drone experience
- Content that has gone viral on your own platforms

- Always sharpening your craft. If you don't know a technique, you're on YouTube learning it.
