Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with integrity and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting with inquiries and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Pack orders carefully in the designated packline area, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process.
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation, order completion, and customer service flow.

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and calculating totals.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability and a proactive approach to multitasking.
